Tests are performed by Immunogenomics, LLC, in Sugar Land, Texas, and Arcadia, California (www.immunogeno.com).
Vital Total Health Medical Group, Inc are the doctors who as per California law, order the COVID tests, & are here to offer treatment or write return to work notes.

SOSYES.ORG is a non-profit corporation that owns the Testing Locations, listed below, and is independently contracted by ImmunoGenomics Laboratory to perform the COVID testing. The staff of sosyes.org have been trained by Immunogenomics Lab staff to perform Saliva PCR testing (accurate to 94%) and Rapid Antigen testing (accurate to 74%). For any questions about their Locations and operations, please contact the director below.
ImmunoGenomics Laboratory, LLC, is a Scientist-owned and operated Clinical Lab-CLIA registered reference laboratory. They have the capacity to process 15,000 samples per day. They are based in Sugar Land, Texas, and Arcadia, California.
Lab Results typically take 2 to 3 business days. Do not call the Medical Group for lab results, we are here to treat people with symptoms.

If your Rapid Test is positive, then you have Covid. If it is negative, then there is a 25% chance that you may indeed be positive on the more accurate PCR test.
The CDC is reducing isolation days because the theory is that most of the spread occurs in the first few days. If you have no symptoms, then 5 days is sufficientl. With symptoms, then 10 to 14 days.
